UK Mainland Delivery – FREE NEXT DAY
All UK Mainland orders are sent with a Tracked, Next Working Day service if placed before 4pm on a working day. Orders placed after 4pm, on a weekend or bank holiday wiill be despatched on the next available working day and delivered the following working day after despatch

Delivered via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed Service
Rest of the World Standard Delivery – £13.99
– Delivered via Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed Service where available. If Tracked and Signed is not available, the parcel will be sent with a Tracked/SIgned Option.
We understand that sometimes an item doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. As long as your item is returned to us in its original condition with its original tags and returned within our 14 days returns period, we will aim to refund you within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Any returned item you wish to send back to us will become your responsibility until it arrives back at our warehouse, therefore we ask that you obtain proof of postage with your chosen courier in case this issue should arise.
If your item is faulty or damaged we ask that you get in touch to let us know. We carry out thorough quality checks within our warehouse to ensure our products are of a high standard and will need to treat each case individually in order to resolve the issue.

Some items can’t be returned, like earrings or items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed (e.g., swimwear and underwear). Please check product descriptions before you order. If you wish to return underwear or swimwear we ask that you do not remove the original packaging/seals for hygiene reasons.
We understand that you’d like to try your item on as you would in any shop, we simply ask that you do not wear your item. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you. All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should also be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packaging up properly and can’t get damaged on the way back to us.
You can also exchange your item within 30 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original item you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product. If the item has sold out in the size or colour you have chosen, a refund will be issued instead.
If you want a different item or noticed the item has now gone into sale within 14 days after purchase, you’ll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
