Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours through Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Free Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually within 3-4 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer.

We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

Next Working Day Delivery - £4.99 (applies to UK Mainland only)

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed and despatched the following Monday.
You will receive full tracking details to see the journey of your order.

Next Day Delivery Before 1pm - £8.95 (applies to UK Mainland only)

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day before 1pm, orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed and despatched the following Monday.

Your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

Europe Delivery - £11

The estimated delivery time for international orders to Europe are between 5-15 days and will required a signature on arrival.

All international orders are sent using a Royal Mail International signed for service.

Rest of the World Delivery - £15

The estimated delivery time for international orders to the rest of the world are between 5-21 days and will required a signature on arrival.
All international orders are sent using a Royal Mail International signed for service.

Returns & Replacements

Changed Your Mind? Unwanted Item Ordered?

We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unworn, in its original packaging with the tags still attached and you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Any refund will be minus any postage costs.

A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

All returns are by prior arrangement only, and should be accompanied by Item No, User ID, Date Brought, Delivery Address and clearly stating the reason for returns.

Faulty/damaged or incorrect item received:

Although all items are packaged well, damage in transit can happen and on very rare occasions the incorrect item may be sent out, In this case we will refund or exchange the item providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will refund you in full including postage and also any postage costs you incur by returning the item to us. A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
