Delivery:

Our aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours of their being confirmed on the website, through Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend period will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Order delivery times may vary depending on your service.Please see below for estimated delivery times.

Free Post option available on all Order over the value of £50 this will sent using a 2nd Class Royal Mail Tracked Service.(UK MAINLAND ONLY)

Alternativley you may wish to use one of our express delivery options below.

 

Express Delivery Options:

Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm - Delivery Time Next Day (UK MAINLAND ONLY)

Please Note: If you choose our next day option your parcel will require a signature on arrival.

However if you`re not in don`t worry they will put a card through your door with instructions on how to get your parcel.

 

International European Postage:

Items - £15.00

The Estimated Delivery Time For International Orders Are Between 5-15 Days And Will Require A Signature On Arrival.

All Orders Are Sent Using A Royal Mail International Signed For Service.

 

Returns & Replacements

Changed Your Mind Unwanted Item Ordered:

We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unworn, in its original packaging with the tags still attached and you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Any refund will be minus any postage costs.

A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

All returns are by prior arrangement only, and should be accompanied by Item No, User ID, Date Brought, Delivery Address and clearly stating the reason for returns.

Faulty/damaged or incorrect item received:

Although all items are packaged well, damage in transit can happen and on very rare occasions the incorrect item may be sent out, In this case we will refund or exchange the item providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will refund you in full including postage and also any postage costs you incur by returning the item to us. A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

All returns are by prior arrangement only, and should be accompanied by Item No, User ID, Date Brought, Delivery Address, Proof of any postage costs and clearly stating the reason for returns.
